Accounts Assistant (Norwich Office)We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide cover for maternity leave.
This is an extremely key role within our Finance department that requires an individual who has a confident understanding of all accountancy processes and procedures. You will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager; responsible for running the day to day accounts, adhering to the RenEnergy company accounting policies and procedures in place. Key responsibilities to include: BACS, card and cheque payments; bank and cash reconciliation; monthly and weekly payroll.
We require applicants that are available to start at the beginning of March with a strong background and a confidence in the use of Sage, combined with an advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Structural Engineer (Norwich Office)We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with the ability to undertake structural/mechanical design activities. The role will be both office and site based, working alongside our design and installation team to ensure that all projects are managed to timescale. Key esponsibilities to include: analysis of configurations of structural components and structures of projects; putting together drawings and creating solutions to design issues in order to produce calculations; controlling quality, progress, cost and safety works; inspecting structural and finishing works.
For this particular role we require applicants with: a strong track record in Quality Assurance & Quality Control work in High Rise construction Structural Engineering; ability to manage finish projects in time with considerable profits and high standard of quality control; a proven track record of managing technical projects and team members; experience of direct client liaison and excellent customer-orientated skills; a strong degree (or equivalent) in a suitable discipline such as naval architecture or mechanical engineering.
Administrator (Norwich Office) A highly organised administrator is required to act as a key point of contact for our customers. Excellent attention to detail will be of great importance as you will be producing quotations and analysing customer information in renewable technologies. Key responsibilities of the role will include: answering the phone, email correspondence with internal and external contacts, updating customer records to produce quotations and reports, and administrative support in preparation for promotional events. Applicants must have previous work experience in administration and experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Electrician (Norwich Office) A positive and motivated individual with qualifications and experience in electrical installation and proven construction industry experience is required to join our Solar PV Installation team. The key responsibilities of the role will be to ensure all electrical work undertaken is safe and complies with current regulations and that projects are installed in a timely and cost effective manner to a high standard. You will provide technical input into electrical design, assist on commercial surveys and provide technical information to enable sales. Applicants must have experience of electrical works in commercial sites and domestic properties combined with the ability to manage several projects at one time.
Solar PV Installer –Roofer (Norwich Office)Experienced roofers are required to join our Solar PV Installation team who are responsible for the installation of roof mounting kits, bracket and rail systems and affixing solar panels. The role will involve working a key part of the team: taking joint responsibility for installation plan achievement; ensuring personal and team safety at all times; resolving any problems at installation and ensuring successful completion and system handover to each customer. Applicants will ideally have some experience of installing solar pv systems, alternatively a background in roofing with an understanding of the dynamics of both domestic and commercial roofs.
Project Managers (Norwich Office) Renewable specialist Project Managers are required to oversee our survey and installation teams. The role will involve managing your own projects and team with a key focus on: detailed costing and budget management, site surveys, preparation of method statements and risk assessments and management of project delivery. Candidates will ideally possess equivalent work experience or qualified to degree level in the relevant field, hands-on surveying experience would be desirable. The ability to supervise multiple team projects on a daily basis is essential and a working knowledge of solar pv would be beneficial.
Solar PV Sales Consultant (Hampshire Office) We are experiencing unprecedented growth and have recognised an opportunity to add to our high performing Solar PV Sales team. This role will involve being responsible for following up inbound enquiries and providing solutions to customers with a view to growing with our Sales team. You will be selling a range of systems from Commercial size systems and small to mid-sized systems for the SME and residential market. The focus will be to achieve revenue and growth targets, by helping clients with clean renewable energy options. No formal qualification are required, however previous experience in the solar industry with an understanding of renewable solutions would be beneficial. Other key attributes include sales experience at B2B and/or B2C level, combined with a strong record of achieving sales targets in an external sales role. Package is negotiable depending on experience, including a base salary plus commission.
Sales Consultant – Heat Pump/Biomass (Hampshire Office) A technical sales specialist with experience in the heat pump/biomass technology sector is required to join our team of consultants. You will be responsible for following up sales enquiries to present and specify solutions, whilst also focusing on creating opportunities with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the renewable sector; we also welcome applicants with a background in engineering or plumbing technologies, combined with a proven successful selling background.
Sales Manager (Hampshire Office) Following a period of continued growth we are looking for a Sales Manager who can manage the development of our sales force and the growth of our business. You will develop and deliver strategy, identify and develop relationships with key customers, develop action plans for route to market, establish new business channels and drive the growth of sales. We welcome applicants that have a successful technical management and selling background, with experience in or knowledge of our industry.
