Since 2019, RenEnergy Africa has been at the forefront of designing and deploying advanced storage systems - a core differentiator in a rapidly evolving market.

Global perspective, local insight: In 2012, we expanded from the UK to launch RenEnergy Africa. Operating in vastly different energy environments has shaped our ability to adapt, innovate, and deliver grid-tied and hybrid solutions tailored to local needs. Our sustainability journey

Sustainability is not about perfection, it’s about progress. As unwavering advocates of the benefits of renewable energy, RenEnergy is on its own sustainability journey. Being on a sustainability journey means that we actively take steps to reduce our impact on the environment and society. Our offices at Blofield Business Centre are predominantly powered by renewable technologies, including a roof array, energy storage and solar carports, and our fleet is being transitioned to electric vehicles. It is a process of adapting and making conscious decisions that positively affect our planet and society. To this end, we also embrace initiatives such as the Refill campaign #refillrevolution to cut down on single use plastic and other disposable packaging.

Managing Director UK
Keith leads the company’s UK operations with a clear focus on commercial performance and sustainable growth. He is responsible for translating strategic vision into operational delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while driving long-term value creation.
With experience across project development, asset ownership, and energy markets, Keith plays a pivotal role in scaling the portfolio and strengthening the company’s market position. His leadership ensures the business remains agile, performance driven, and well positioned to capitalise on emerging opportunities within the UK renewable energy sector.
Laurence Moore

Financial Controller
Laurence is RenEnergy’s Financial Controller responsible for driving financial strategy and governance to support sustainable growth. He ensures robust financial planning, reporting, and controls are in place to underpin commercial performance across the organisation.
With key strengths in financial management within complex, project based environments, Laurence provides strategic insight that informs investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management. His leadership ensures the business remains financially resilient, commercially disciplined, and well positioned to scale within the renewable energy sector.
Sue Pepperday

Head of People
Sue is Head of People leading the people strategy that supports the organisation’s continued growth in the renewable energy sector. She brings significant experience across complex, technical environments, aligning people strategy with commercial performance and long-term growth.
With strong expertise in organisational design, leadership development, and workforce planning, Sue ensures the organisation’s structure, talent, and culture are fully aligned to its strategic goals. Passionate about strengthening leadership capability and building high-performing teams, she plays a key role in keeping the business agile, future-ready, and equipped to deliver operational excellence and sustainability ambitions.
Tom Lloyd

Sales Director
Tom heads up RenEnergy’s commercial growth and market expansion within the renewable energy sector. He drives sales strategy, business development, and client engagement to maximise revenue and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
With over 12 years’ experience in the renewable energy markets, Tom combines commercial insight with a solutions-focused approach to deliver results. His leadership ensures the sales team are aligned with strategic objectives, creating opportunities that support sustainable growth and reinforce the company’s position as a market leader.
Fiona Keysell

Director of Consultancy
Fiona leads RenEnergy’s Consultancy team to provide services that deliver expert guidance across complex renewable energy projects. With client-focused solutions, ensuring all the Consultancy offerings align with strategic objectives and support sustainable growth, whilst delivering high-value solutions that strengthen the company’s market reputation and commercial success.
With over 16 years in technical and commercial consultancy, Fiona combines deep sector knowledge with practical insight to help clients optimise performance, manage risk, and achieve long-term impact.

Luke Fletcher

Head of Operations
As Head of Operations Luke oversees the delivery and performance of all RenEnergy’s projects ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and safety while driving initiatives that support the company’s strategic growth.
With extensive experience in project management and operational leadership, Luke combines technical expertise with a commercial mindset to optimise processes and maximise value.
